The album peaked at 83 on the Billboard 200 chart, 8 on the Independent Albums Chart, and 5 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. A few years ago, Brown released the diss track “Massacre,” responding to Lil’ Kim’s “Black Friday.” Foxy Brown was featured as a special guest in New York City as part of Nicki Minaj’s Pink Friday Tour on Thursday, August 14, 2012.

The rapper AZ hinted recently that she is working on new music with Minaj. In August 2018, Brown made her first official guest appearance on Nicki Minaj’s fourth studio album, Queen, called “Coco Chanel.” A media report indicates that Brown is back in the studio creating her new album, which will be released at the end of the year.

A remix of Casanova’s “So Brooklyn” was also release recently by Brown. During the second half of August 2020, Brown reunited with her band, The Firm, for the song “Full Circle” from Nas’s album King’s Disease.

Her fiancé is Spragga Benz, a Jamaican dancehall singer and deejay. In 2001, they got engage and started planning their wedding. In the summer of 2007, the two co-hosted the Urban Music Awards in New York, and the result was a great success. Also, she had a guest appearance on the rapper’s third album, “Fully Loaded.”

They welcomed their first child on January 13, 2017; she lives with her parents. She was engage to Kurupt (born Ricardo Emmanuel Brown), a rapper from the early 1990s.
